Mike Gorbun grew up right here in Waverly, Nebraska, and brings over 20 years of hands-on construction experience to Cascade Cabinets & Flooring. With deep expertise in both commercial and residential projects, including exterior work, Mike plays a key role in ensuring every installation meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

A devoted family man, Mike has been married for 13 years and is the proud father of five children. When he’s not at the showroom or on a job site, you’ll often find him tending to his beehives, raising chickens, or working in his garden. His down-to-earth approach and genuine care for customers make him a trusted partner for homeowners and builders alike.

Alex Orlov brings 15 years of valuable experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on both commercial and residential projects. His attention to detail and problem-solving skills help ensure every project at Cascade runs smoothly from start to finish. Married for nine years and the father of four children, Alex loves spending quality time with his family. In his free time, he enjoys traveling together and volunteering at his church. Like Mike, Alex is deeply passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with every client and builder he serves.
